Donald F. White Jr., CLU, ChFC, is a 32-year MDRT member with 11 Court of the Table and 20 Top of the Table honors. White, of Stuart, Florida, is the founder and former CEO of Collaborative Wealth, an independent financial services firm with five locations throughout Florida. After 25 years, he sold his interest to his successors to begin assisting other founders with succession planning. In 2021, he released his book, “Always End with the Beginning in Mind: How Firms Remain Great After the Founder Exits,” as a succession planning guide.
