Dr. Keith Willoughby Ph.D.
Dr. Willoughby, Ph.D., is Dean of the Edwards School of Business and Professor of Finance and Management Science at the University of Saskatchewan. He earned his Ph.D. in Operations Management from the University of Calgary and previously taught at Bucknell University. His work includes applying analytics to improve healthcare efficiency and developing a predictive model for Canadian Football League champions.
