Tom Rogerson

Tom Rogerson is a recognized leader and pioneer in family governance and legacy planning. Using his “Seven Steps to Healthy Family Governance,” Rogerson has worked with more than 260 families, facilitating family meetings to create a generational family bond. In 2017, he teamed up with his wife, a certified relationship coach, and started GenLeg Co. Inc., which provides guidance and education to families and their advisors and helps them transition significant capital, both financial and human, from one generation to the next. He has spoken at many organizations, including The World Presidents Organization, Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning, Harvard University Business School, Tiger 21, The Lincoln Center, Museum of Modern Art, The Nature Conservancy and estate planning councils.
