Join longtime MDRT and Top of the Table members Alphonso B. Franco, RHU, RCIS, and Timothy Daniel Clairmont, CFP, MSFS, as they discuss strategies for goal setting and tracking. Activity drives performance, and Franco and Clairmont will share two different approaches to help you identify and refine your goals, and then chart a course to achieve them.

Franco will discuss how MDRT members can make internal changes to achieve a Whole Person holistic approach. These tactics include breaking down your goal into achievable steps and using a 40-day revolving cycle to address personal and business growth — even during this turbulent time.

Clairmont will present his best time management tool — the ClearFP Activity Tracker — and demonstrate how to use it to reach Top of the Table. His presentation delves into increasing your revenue and efficiency through better time management, developing and tracking KPIs to evaluate your business growth, and advancing your business by thinking like an entrepreneur.

MDRT Special Event: Generating quality introductions from centers of influence

Join longtime MDRT members Paresh B. Shah, CFP, and Aurora L. Tancock, FLMI, CFP, as they discuss strategies for connecting with centers of influence in order to create an increasing flow of quality introductions. Building relationships with centers of influence is an important part of growing your practice, but there’s no single way to do it, as evidenced by Shah and Tancock’s distinct experiences.

Shah will share his own story of working with centers of influence, including why making those connections has been so important to his practice. He will also explore ways to get introductions to these essential figures, as well as how to build and maintain relationships that result in introductions to prospects.

Tancock will discuss what the term “centers of influence” actually means, beyond just lawyers and accountants. She will also share how she has built relationships with centers of influence that have helped her grow her firm into a referral-based practice, demonstrating why centers of influence are so crucial to growing a financial practice.
