John J. Demboski, CFP, is a 15-year MDRT member with two Court of the Table and seven Top of the Table honors. Demboski, from Santa Barbara, California, is the president and lead advisor at Demboski & Chapman Financial and Insurance Solutions Inc. He frequently presents motivational keynote messages on business ethics and practice management at industry conferences. He has served in many industry leadership positions, including as the local president for NAIFA, and is also a member of NAHU and the Santa Barbara Estate Planning Council.
