Maria Ferrante-Schepis has more than 20 years’ experience as an executive in the insurance and financial services industry. She was the vice president and chief marketing officer at Guardian and vice president of marketing at Prudential. She is now president at Maddock Douglas Inc, an innovation consultancy focused on helping organizations innovate successfully. Her mission is to enable like-minded executives to proactively shape their own change versus having it shaped for them.
